Ok here is the final answer...............

There is no way it is casted, at all. I have worked with casted matrial for a few years.


END OF DISCUSSION (BRAD) LOL..... just pokin fun at you.

What most people will do, is cast a rough part, then machine it to spec. Now we all know that DD is a reputable company. They have never lied (that we know of) and they are not now.

I am 100% posative that if it was (BUT IT AINT) casted they would have no problems saying it was casted.

The fact of the matter is, that if you casted a water block and did not get all the air bubbles out of the molten material, You would have a small shower head effect on the base of the block, because they are so thin. Trust me, I have tried.
