That's OK....I would think that if the inlet temp was that cool then the CPU should be close to ambient, which would be great! I would imagine that the humidity wouldn't come into play. I'm not too close to the beach or anything. Usually it's around 65%, and I grew up in SC where the humidity was usually around 90% or higher. SO I think that I would be able to get good evaporation. Is there any way to do some sort of water reclamation thingy so that you wouldn't have to fill it up so often?
