I'm currently designing a ground-up theme case that will have built in evaporative water cooling (essential to the theme in fact) this will be my second custom case with built in evaporative water cooling.

[edit] Oh, in the exprimentation I've done with medium sized vortex/twister's, the spiraling water column does little cooling, nor does it "suck" air up the twister to any signifigant degree, it's only the conical spray of water that exits the bottom that is really usefull for cooling, though that just means that the whole thing is essentially just big pretty shower head...unless you make a 2m high monster that sounds like niagra falls
