Well when I bought this MOBO (gigabyte 7 vrxp) it came with a Q-flash utility that allows you to flash the bios within windows. You run the program and it gives you different servers to choose from, you pick one and it downloads the new BIOS and the asks if you want to install it, you click yes and thats it, it's flashed. So far it works great. I figure if there was a problem I would have noticed from the begining
Anyway no more doing it the old way
