I've attached a pic of a typical thermal switch, you'll have to find out where to buy them locally since I have NFI:shrug:

Securley attach the little critter to the water block(or heatsink) AS epoxy would do, get a couple of spade crimp terminals (or use solder), cut the green psu wire, and attach it to either side of the switch, don't forget to test it to make sure it actually works
