Phaeltus is right... peltiers take a ton of energy.. phase change is much better.. but it takes quite some time to set it up and can cost more in the beginning.. but you will save a ton in electricity.

My frige didn't work.. so I had to strip it all down.. it's really hard work.. but it will have a pay off that I am willing to work hard for.

EDIT:

That's also another reason why I wouldn't buy a crappy maze3 .. or any waterblock that has a clear top for that matter...

To many temp changes that cause little changes in the copper.. to easy to get a leak.. plus I do extreme cooling.. it wouldn't work for me.. and I wouldn't trust it further then I could throw my 50lb computer.
