You will need at least a 156 watt pelt on your Duron. My guess is it's toast now. I would also recommend reading the articles at Pro Cooling on condensation prevention. You need to insulate the inside and outside of the CPU socket, coldplate and the back of the motherboard. Dielectric grease in the pin holes of the ZIF socket is a must.
