Lothar's looks like a "lucky find". I'm guessing that it's sealed with something, maybe silicone. Looks nice, and works great.
Gone_fishin's will be quieter though, because it is always quieter to run multiple small fans, than it is to run a single large fan (given the same cfm).
I'm a proponent of the do-it-yourself-out-of-fiberglass, but all my tools and supplies are in storage right now

Nice guess but it's made of heavy gauge aluminum I use in construction for trim finishing exterior soffit systems. If I make another I will take more time, use a break and ditch the duct tape, but I decided to get it done quickly.
I may try dual 120mm fans on another just to see the difference in sound and performance. It is extremely quiet with only the three case speed fans running and it is doing a good job.
