I picked up some velcro at Lowes and use it to secure my pump (not eheim sized, tho) and the bottom of my rad. The top of the rad is secured with a ziptie system, but the velcro has been holding very well. It absorbs some of the pump's vibrations and hasn't given out yet. I've been lanning with this beast and moving it a lot in general and the velcro has been holding fine. I would have used screws/bolts, but I wanted an easy way to rip my system apart.
