I found its always best to have the radiator just before the CPU (so the pump doesn't heat the cooled water)
ie. Res > Pump > Rad > CPU > Res or Pump > Rad > CPU > Pump withouth the res.
Try a bigger fan also.. from what some are saying the pump shouldn't make that much difference (but this is also the topic of my debate, and I'm starting tho think towards the 350gph area as well)!
