Sounds all good.
The negatives you'll hear about it all, is that running a rad outside will give you different results, from day to day. It's OK for you, but it's not OK for someone that overclocked his CPU to the max, because it just wouldn't work on those warmer days.
The AC idea is good, you'll be able to cool your water under ambiant. It will take away a little bit from cooling your room though.
Because of this however, youll be switching to an outside rad right at the end of summer, since you probably won't be using the AC when the outside temp drops to 15-20C. You'd switch back at the beginning of the next summer.
For mounting a rad outside, depending on your window's design, you could route a couple of pipes through a piece of wood that would leave your window closed.
