Didn't take it as an insult, just a different opinion. I just posted mine up so anyone questioning what to get can get opinions/stories from both sides. Thin and thick-wall both have their advantages/disadvantages, both have good and bad points.

IMHO thin looks nicer, but at the same time, it kinks easier. I don't have any kinks in my system, but I don't have any sharp bends either. I do have problems on my pump intake - the negative pressure of the pump suction actually causes the thin-wall tubing to collapse in on itself - I fixed that with a wee bit of spiral-wrap, and it's in a place where you can't see it through the window.

If I was to do it again, I'd probably use thin-wall for some places, and thick for others. But I needed to order min 10' and I didn't want 10' of each. If anyone else in the Edmonton area wants to order 10' of thick-wall and trade 5' to me for 5' of thin - PM or e-mail me.
