Regarding the pelts, with my P4 mobo the 12v line really get's hammered,you can hear the fans change pitch when you load up the cpu, that didn't happen wih my athlon system which stressed the 5v line more, this with a 400w psu. what I'm getting at is having 2 pelts drawing 12-15+ amps off the psu probably wouldn't be a good idea, regardless of what it's rated at.

Just stick to conventional water cooling for now and see how far you can get with that.
