Well I found with this type is screw system (It's the same as the alpha pal and swiftech air cooled blocks use) is the easyest to use. I'm like you swapping stuff all the time and testing different things to find out what works best. The only disadvantage for me is that I also test allot of motherboards and this means that I have to set up all my motherboards before I can test them.

You make the reses fior the vias dont you Webmedic?
Im runing my 1300 inline but are they submersible too? I think they are but this is a good chance for me to verify it.

Yes I make submerged versions of the via's in a res and they run just fine this way. Ask Fragenstien he has one.

what are you thinking on the kit as far as price, I got a buddy just looking into water cooling now that hes seen the results of mine.

I'm looking at distributing hwlabs stuff also but to be quite frank for the money the heater core/shroud outperforms them by a bit. The only thing the hwlabs stuff is good for is if you are limited for space in your case and soon we will have a kit which will address this need. It will only require 1 5 1/4 bay and you will have to do some cutting on your case. The advantage will be that the whole kit will be mounted on the outside of the case but it will be tastefull. I can't say more it may be at least a month before I have something to show but it will be good I promise.
As for price we are still working on that one I have two things left to get. I'm looking for a good supplier of tygon type tubing and may be able to get it at substantial discout so it may be standard on my kits with silicone tubing as an option. The last part will be the hold downs for the water block I'm still looking for a good place to get these. I'm using the swiftech stuff right now and it works well but I can't continue to purchase the stuff from them. Thier prices are to high for the parts. Right now it looks like a basic kit will be available for arround 140$ with the expensive version arround 200$.
