Few things, get that pump isolated. Thats where most of your noise will come from if it done wrong. Good call with the eheim, they are silent if you keep them from rattling the case.

Ditch the Silencers. They just plain suck. They flow almost no air at the speed they quote the dBA from and have to throttle up much louder just to match an L1A. Besides 4 is overkill unless you got lots of hot cards and drives.

The Orb is pretty loud as well. The box quotes 26dB or something along those lines, but its at least several times louder then rated. Besides its a poor cooler, thanks to its 3 piece base many stock fans are with a few defrees of it.

Foams usally not worth the effot. Its much better to go after the source, which you are doing nicely. Spend the time to throttle some of your excess CFMs with rheostats or to get a GPU/chipset block and ditch those higher pitched fans altogether.
