Well what CPU are you cooling? you forgot to mention it. But I do think that is a very nice system. You don't really need to insulate the pump. Eheims are super quiet. Their main problems are case rattling. So if you do what you said you were gonna do, you should be fine w/ pump noise. Like it was said, you don't need all those case fans. They won't do much for your cooling. Bottom line is that most of your heat is being removed from the H2O block... to give a bit more advice on how the fans should be set up, can you tell me how the JMC fan is set up w/ the Black Ice radiator? Is it exhaust/intake? Where in the case?
