imho
It is optimal to seperate the airflow for the rad and for the rest of ur case. In affect making two air systems in one case. Ducting will work well to get fresh air from say the side of the case, and suck it throught the black ice, out the top of the case.
In ur setup the hot ddr and hot gf3 and hot n/b and hot pump wil be supplying the air for the rad.
Get a panaflo h1a and throttle it to the speed u need.
