MeltMan: all eheim pumps are threaded and use adaptors to connect hose.
The stock 1048 comes by default with 2x 1/2"
The 1250 with 1x1/2" and 1x3/4"
I don't know for the 1060 (go check eheim.de
)
All are perfectly leak proof thanx to o-rings (for Eheim parts, for that matter) so swapping connectors is child's play.
