(edit) Ozzie the block you're showing is from Innovatek (innovatek.de). Good one but made of alu, so beware if you've already got copper.
Thanks gmat - I was trying to check into that. I found a review of it at overclockers... http://www.overclockers.com/articles581/

It looks like a hybred of sorts:

It looked to perform fairly well and has a low profile which I am looking for.
Since I'll be making a seperate system for the gpu the choice can be made for a block and rad that will work together.
