Okay, here's the pic of my current rig setup... It's a pretty damn good block for just having some scraps and hand tools laying around, if I may say so... I could make some improvements, but It would take tons of time to unbraze everything and rebraze, so I would just rather build another block, since they cost about $5 in material costs, ahah! Time, that's the problem, cutting and drilling... sure would be a HELL of a lot easier with a nice 10" drill press and table saw! But like I said... the sensor HAS to be messed up or something b/c this formula doesn't make Physical sense:
If Amb (ambient) is 31.77C and the idle is avg 40-41C, then a drop in amb to 21.5C and the idle is still the same 40-41C, it's not possible... I don't have nearly the greatest setup, but my components; tubing diameter 1/2 & 3/4" , pump (Via 1300, 370GPH), Chevette Core, 120mm 100CFM+ fan, BLock of massive copper and silver braze...SHOULD be sufficient enough to drop temps with in 7-10C above amb...guess not
