I have been thinking about a bypass loop to allow me to plumb in a res and adjust flow rates when initially filling and then just bypass that and remove it after everything is air-free. Sort of a twist on the Swiftech 3 valve system. Another thought I had was to make the fill/bleed area be integrated into the top of a 1pass heatercore so that there would be no way for air to get trapped in the rad. This would require rad placement on the upper rear of case most likely, with a cap on the the top of case that could simply be opened and filled. Air in the rad is the hardest thing to deal with once everything is mounted, and this would solve that problem at least
