You know to fulling get an idea of what's going on with yer rig... I'm calling for an MS-Paint blue print! It's 2nd best thing to an overpriced Digi-cam! 
Could you list what:
1)Pump
2)Block (or MS paint it)
3)Rad/Core
4)Tubing Diameter
5)Coolant mixer used ie: ratio of H20  reventative etc.
6)Res type (MS-Paint plz)
