The 4 long bolts go through the mobo, from the back. Make sure you use the nylon washers. Put the long bolts through, then use the nuts to secure the bolts to the mobo, again using the nylon washers (there should be 12). Once those are tight, slide the block onto the bolts. Once the block is on, put 4 washers on, then the springs, then the thumbscrews, put the thumbscrews on so the grippy part is on the bottom, not the top. That's it. This pic might help:
