Default Temps too high too high! Please help

Ok, so I go upgrade my computer with the epox 8k3a+, XP 2000+, and 256 megs of Samsung 2700 RAM. I also bought a Swiftech with the Tornado 86cfm fan to cool that bad boy. The problem is I am getting 49 degrees and about 53 or so under load. Ambient is around 34.

Then I decided to go to watercooling. I got a Maze 3, Super Cube Rad., and eheim 1250 pump. I am getting the same readings as before. Right now as Im typing this im at 56. When I first booted up it was at 41 so I thought maybe it was working but went up to 50+ in about a minute. Ambient is 35 right now.

I thought maybe the bios was giving me a bad reading so I updated the bios but Im still stuck with these temps.

Anyone have suggestions? I don't know if its bad readings or what so please help!
