The Hayden 676 is a bit too narrow for two 120mm fans, maybe ok for two or three 90mm fans. its made of aluminum, so with a copper waterblock you'd be liable for battery effect corrosion, albeit could reduce that by liberal dosing with Redline "water wetter" etc.

The Hayden 676 has 3/8-inch hose barbs, but does not restrict flow at all. The side flanges make it relatively easy to mount.
