I have One 120mm Enermax Clear Fined fan on the Rad. I think it pumps out 80cfm but I cant remember. I have it sucking the air through the rad not blowing into it. I am running inline with a res. The res is a Red Vine container for now. Im working on a small res to fit in the case. Nothing is is the water although it is tap water. I havent gotten any filtered water from the store yet. I have put the block on 3 times hoping it was bad installation.

I was thinking part of the problem could be the thermal paste. I got some cheap CompUSA stuff. I don't know that it would make that much of a difference though.

Oh and the setup goes:
Pump, Rad, Waterblcok, Res, Pump...
