Default Does this sound about right?

sorry to ask suck a n00bie question, but i'm worried about my temps. worried that when i get a faster chip they are going to go through the roof.
currently i have a maze 2, BIX, ehiem 1250, DD NB block, 1/2" silicone turing, a tube res, no elbows, one 120mm YS-Tech @ 7v on the rad. the block has a thin coating ov AS2 and is lapped, the fan is blowing through the rad, although i want to get another and have one on each side. none of the components are hot, block, rad etc, but at the moment the temps are as follows:

Room: 25°C
Case: 27°C
CPU: 42°C

does that sound ok? i feel it should be below 40°C ideally..

its an Athlon 1.4 @ 1570MHz, 1.9v core, 184MHz FSB

EDIT: that temp is full load.
