Actually the northbridge on that epox will get quite hot. On mine it was to warm to touch cofortably. Your temps are quite good at full load and the old 1.4's ran really hot anyways. The newer xp's run cooler than that thing.

yea it got too hot to touch with the stock HS, but with a bit of airflow it was fine. i suppose at 184FSB it will get a bit warm...
