for 1) you can just do a Y splitter and cool them from the same circuit
for 4) You should have it on the outside to help lower your h2o temps
for 5) YES
for 6) not if you duct in fresh air
for 7) 110 if you have a smaller PSU (<350w)
for 8) I don't know the difference but I hear Water Wetter is better
for 9) 1/2"
for 10) as long as its not chilled, then it doesn't really matter, if it is chilled, then silicon
for 11) if you have good quality pumps and the option for instant off (in your bios)in case your pumps fail then its no ness.
