I'm in the process of getting new machine, so If you're still without a block in about one month (maybe less), I can make you one. And are you sure that the mobo will accept the block that size, plus is that for pelt use ?
I'm sure it will handle 70mm x 100mm, and it isn't for pelt use. Infact 75mm x 105mm is the limit, but thats pushing it.

do you really need the block to be soldered together.....soldering conterminates the internal surface area, and is not 100% leakfree manufacture, along with some nasty warping and whatnot....( i can if you want to)
What about the Quattro with only one inlet? The Audi with 3 tires? :P I don't need the block to be soldered, I just don't like the whole O-ring + lexan thing that seems to be popular. How much would 2x 70mm x 100mm 3 barb blocks cost? You can email me the pricing if you want to - otama@ihug.co.nz

I could whip up a design for you. Email me and we can determine your preferences as far as base thickness, wall thickness and channel width.
I don't really have any preferances, I just want great performance, just as long as you bear in mind that I will have a 660gph pump and a BIX in this loop, and the waterblocks in parrallel.

I thought you were considering a single block with mutiple inlets/outlets that would cover both CPUs and the N'bridge?
I am considering that but I'd need to measure the exact heights of the cpu and NB, and also bear in mind such a thing would be very heavy.

Jaydee - that design looks very familar . Maybe my 70mm x 100mm size will let you have enough room to seal it?
