Your probably going to need to design your WB in CAD, then convert to a CNC prog.
If you can't do that, your best bet would be to license someone's CAD design.

This is very close to one of my designs I have been holding back. Yop DO NOT want 2 inlets on the side!!! You want the inlet in the middle and 2 smaller outlets on the side!!! One big intel in the middle right over the core of the CPU keeps the freashly cooled water right in the middle to keep the core cooler. Earie how close this is to my design.
