Anyway $100.00 is a tight budged for premade stuff. There are some options but they are not great ones. Check the front page of procooling as it has a couple places like becooling advertizing $99 kits. Like I said they are not great though (but they don't really need to be with Intel chips). You would be better off picking up a good block and buying a heater core from the local autoparts place and modding in some barbs.
Edit: What Ben came up with sounds pretty good aswell.
