As you can see from the picture posted by pHaestus, the NPT fittings do not screw in all the way. The Innovatek blocks are tapped for British 1/4"BSPP, which is not tapered like American 1/4" NPT.

But that is actually not all that bad...if you WOULD screw them in all the way, you would be blocking much of the opening inside the block (from fitting into the block) and restricting flow.

Anyway, put a little Teflon tape on and screw the fittings into the block for a few revolutions until they go no further. The plastic thread on the GPU block is a little more flexible, you can screw the fittings in about halfway.

The reservoir has the same thread as the blocks.
