well to me, the bragging rights are not a valid reason to go watercooling. who thinks he will score more chicks, is in a universe where chicks love computers, guess they don't live in belgium.

the reason i went to watercooling, is that i could ditch my fop38, with 7000rpm delta cooler. chicks definitely don't dig that, they run away instead of ignoring your pc. my dad's got aircooling at +/-5500rpm on a less clocked 1800+ (volcano7, temp ctrled). he gets 48°C so, volcano is always at max rpm. i can tell u , my system is whisper quiet. one hayden rad, one audi rad in series; only one WB. so my ultimate goal is achieved. when i want 43°C i can make the fan's so quiet that my HD is now the main soundpollution culprit.

so i guess for you a motivator could be to grab yourself an additional rad from a junkyard, and for +/- 20$ the modding frenzy can restart. afterwards u will drop about 4 to 5°C = more silent
