What is eveyone's experiences at cooling the CPU, GPU, and northbridge?

What kind of setup of piping? Any temperature problems?
I have a 226w pelt that will be used
The 3 WBs are of a Danger Den brand.
I have two BIX (only one i should need)
Ehiem 1060. (which i am very pleased with)

I am concerned with flow rate. I have a few other deviced to be cooled, ie HD, PS.

I want HIGH flow throught the blocks but i want SLOW flow through the RAD. How can i do this? CAn i even do this?

I am on the right track? THx
