If I were doing what it seems you are planning on doing with that picture you got there........................
I would probably keep with the 5/8 feed and go to 1/2 for the CPU and only 3/8 for the other two. Also if you want to lower your flow rate for the radiator but keep it high for your blocks, have a large return line. Say if you have a pressure line of 5/8, then make your return line, say 3/4 or maybe even bigger. That way your water slows down in the larger line and can move slower through the radiator before it is "pushed" back into the system through the pressure line.
Reason why I say that is because I have been observing the heatercores on some cars recently and have noticed that almost all of them have a larger return line that the pressure line. Also the same way in hydrolic pressure systems. Small pressure line for higher pressure and flow but larger return line for volume over flow rate.
