Yup, I bought two of them, the second one was down to $49.

All you need to do is find the green wire (power on) on the ATX connector and connect your existing power supply's green wire to it, and a ground. It will now fire up at the same time as your existing PSU. You may also need to wire the gray wire(power OK indicator) to ground, but this is not always necessary.

The best thing about this deal is that if your case can take two ATX power supplies it fits right inside and you do not need to modify anything. 30 amps at 12V is a great deal for $49-$59.

This power supply can also be modified to work as a standard 20 pin ATX power supply. I took the ATX connector and pulled the wires out, then reinstalled them in a 20 pin ATX connector from an old PSU.
