Default Way to noisy time for water cooling

Well I have plenty of high CFM fans, and I've only had them for maybe a week, and I'm about ready to throw all them damn fans out the window.

Anyway, I'm gonna water cool this thing. I want a pretty professional looking job, so I plan on doing most of it myself. I want a system I get all inside my case.

So here is some questions what is the best small radiator, that I can fit inside my case? The big momma is to big, I could fit, but I would hafta cut my case up and I don't want to do that. I was looking at the black ice fan. I also want pretty much a fanless PC, so the quiter the fan the better. I was looking at a panaflow 120mm fan, with a rheostat wired into it.

I'm not looking for extreme cold temps, I'm looking to get my cpu temps around 40C under full load.

Also what pump do I want to use? I want to put the pump in the resevoir, I plan on building a resevoir out of plexi glass. I'm looking for something about 3 inches tall, 2.5 inces wide, about 6inches long. I would like to mount this. Still not to sure where I want to mount the resevoir.

As for the waterblock I was thinking of a MazeII with either the 6 lug mount, or using the 4 holes on the outside of the socket.

Thanks for anyhelp. Remember I'm going for the most quiet pc possible.
