I used a small a 8oz clear rc car fuel tank for a res. The only benifits were that I can see if the coolant is flowing it's and it's easy to add more coolant to the system. However it doesn't increase cooling and takes up room.

The black Ice is good. If it fits use it. I've heard good things about them.

I have two panflow L1A 92mm fans (sucking) on my radiator(hayden 676) and it cools pretty good I guess. Lately it's been hot so with a ambient of 32 degress C my Athlon 1.4 OC'd to 1.6 will be at 36 idle and 41 under full load(messured again with a compu nurse on the die). I need A/C in my room! Even if my numbers aren't great at least my system is quite.
