Now that's funny!

True enough, tranny coolers are meant to cool 80C oil, down to 60C, with road speed air. They aren't going to work very well at the 40C range, especially with crappy air flow.

The reason I say crappy...good flow would mean noise, and if we look at your very first sentence in this thread...
