Caught me napping either way...didn't notice it was under liquid/phase change cooling.
Ok, for quiet operation, I used a few generic super quiet 80mm case fans on my heater core. Couldn't really notice them at 12v, and had to look at them to make sure they were on at 7v.
and your g/f is awfuly concerned about size it seems...
