How does this radiator performe? (I only got to a german page)

Does this rad reduce the watterflow much?

Now I got a heater core from d-tek, and the watter temp is 4-5C above ambient with the fan running at 7V (don't remmember the cmf). It's coolin a XP1900+.

What temps would I get with the BIX, around the same?

I like the radiator because it's small size, so it would be easier too install in a case
