Here's how i see things:
- For someone building everything up from the case itself, or have a huge or cube case, i'd let him go with a heater core (or better, see hmale's setup).
- For someone with a smaller case but high budget for WC stuff, go with the BiX.
I do not deny the BiX is efficient for its size, indeed it is. But i think it is way too expensive
If the price was proportional to its performance vs heatercores i'd already have 2 of them in parallel !
