I don't know ... I've had good luck with mine ... it is a decent investment for someone who wants a compact radiator that gives good performance. It may not be the best out there, but it certainly does what it's designed to do very well. If I wanted <1C diff from ambient, I'd hook my computer to an array of F350 main radiators. Certainly there are radiators that perform better, even some of close to similar size, but the BIX is a nice looking package, and I think that goes for something, too ... that's just my opinion, though.
