Two things,

First, you need the fan (fans?) in there...I just wired in a rheostat to control the speed (noise) of the fan.

Second, for the very reason you need the fan...HEAT, mounting your MB inside the chiller is a bad idea.

The exhaust air coming out of mine (the reason for the fan) is around 40C. It's above 50C at start up.

You'll be wasting a lot of cooling effort, running it inside a 40C box. My PC case is mounted on top of the dehumidifier, so the hoses don't get too crazy, but the temp on the rest of my MB and goodies is ambient.
