Should be able to get some 'Grommets' to fit from an auto parts store.
if I was going that direction I'd drill holes in the case floor, mount grommets into the holes, mount grommets into the pump slots/holes, and use a rubber 'spacer' between the two~ to stop the little metal 'tube inserts' you get in the grommets, (if you get the good ones that is ) from touching. then run a bolt through them...

I don't think rubber feet are as effective though. might be OK for a 1048, but a 1250 or 1060 needs foam or suspending I think...

I thought about mounting an oblong shaped peice of 'mouse~mat' type stuff on some raised rubber grommets,(so it's suspended about 1CM off the case floor) then fixing the pump to the mousemat. should be quite effective and not too ghetto ...
