I've had 'ntldr' is missing due to overclocking a little bit too high, once I dropped down a couple of mhz it all went back to perfect.
another way to see if it is ram or cpu that is limiting you is to adjust your ram timings slightly, to see if the instability gets worse or doesn't change. with your ocz stuff, I'm willing to bet your machine will running into ram problems first
