But you don't want to post two graphs showing the same results, so you'd have to come up with a way to use the horizontal scale at the bottom as english measurements, and the top horizontal as metric, and the same for the vertical axes (left: english, right metric). You'd also need a line for the metric measurements with regular cross marks.

The thing is, you'd be hard pressed to trick Excel into doing this.
