You can run bolts straight through the BIX; 3mm diameter ones are safe enough, as illustrated below:

EDIT: By the way, Paul Vodrazka (see his Phaze 2 waterblocks on this forum) and I are working on a shroud for the BIX; he came up with a brilliant idea of a plexiglass shroud that doubles as a reservoir!

). We're working out the details at the moment (or rather, he is doing the brilliant techie stuff, I just throw up vague ideas...).
