Default Help/Advice!

Just finished installing my water cooling system, after 8 grueling hours. The first time I got it up and turned on my pc, My temps were up to about 51, and I couldn't even run CPUBurn or Prime95 without blue screens. Then I noticed that I had the water going in the wrong side of my maze3...

So I fixed that, but now i'm still not so sure about my temps.
I'm getting 46-47, idle, on the insocket thermistor (mbm)
I was getting 45-47 idle with my slightly better than retail cooler @ 1445(1.82-1.84)

Heres some more info;

T-Bird 1.4 @ 1525(160x9.5) 1.87-1.89 Vcore, epox 8kha+
maze3 1/2"
Chevettte core 1/2" with shroud w/ 85cfm sunon, drawing fresh air (its beside my system on the floor.)
Eheim 1048
DD Acryllic Res (1/2") used as air trap, on top of system.

I'm using 3/8" Tygon, one peice of 3/8 silicon. Is this my problem? I figured since the ID of the 1/2 barbs is about 3/8, that this wouldn't be a problem. That maybe it would even reduce flow resistance?

Or is it just that im running a T-bird? I know they are notorious for high temps, but when I had a patched together w/c system before (maze2 3/8, 120mmx120mm copper core tranny cooler, eheim 1048, 3/8 silicon, and a T fitting with fill tube, I was getting 42-43 under load, at 1580(vcore 1.87-1.89)

I mixed the Water wetter at 2 ounces per gallon.

I might have a little too much AS3 on there, but not any more than i've had on any heatsinks/WBs ive had on before. This time I followed the instructions, sort of.

I'm going to tighten the mounting of my WB a bit more, and see what happens. Its pretty tight, but I sort of don't care if I bust this proc, since xp1600s are at newegg for 55.99 shipped.

If anyone can tell me what i'm doing wrong, i'd be very grateful. I'd be your bitch.
